Over-night oats are seriously one of my favorites. They're a go-to breakfast for me, especially on early mornings when I don't have much time to sit down and eat. They're filling and nutritious, and did I mention ridiculously easy? The over-night oats you can buy pre-made are good too, but just plain mediocre compared to these.

Try any (or all) of these 6 easy over-night oats recipes! They are all sure to keep a college girl full and focused!

All these recipes can be split in half if the full recipe is too much for you (See #6). Sometimes I just want a little jar of oats in the morning or for a snack.

P.S. It tastes better in a Mason Jar!

Directions:

Cut a banana into small chunks. Really ripe bananas work best and are the sweetest tasting. Mash the banana with a fork until it's semi-smooth. Or leave it more lumpy if you like.

Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, or other dry ingredients. Add the almond milk, vanilla, and other wet ingredients. Stir it in with the banana until it is completely mixed.

Add your toppings of choice and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
